Jei Mitchell has enjoyed a broad career counting opera, musical theatre, oratorio, recital, choral, television/film, and recordings in her resume.  Ms. Mitchell has performed throughout the Midwest and has enjoyed working under several luminary conductors.

Her accomplishments in opera include both Miss Warbelwell and Miss Heartmelt in Mozart's delightful gem The Impresario.  Additionally, she has portrayed Puccini's charming Musetta in La Boheme and the spirited Patience from Gilbert & Sullivan’s operetta of the same name.  Her musical theatre accomplishments are equally impressive with leading roles in Phantom, Hello Dolly!, and Oklahoma! among others.  

Her oratorio and recital backgrounds show her range; from sacred works such as Mendelssohn's Elijah and Rutter’s Requiem to recitals of Broadway songs.  Ms. Mitchell has also performed as a chorister with some of the most elite choruses in Chicago and St. Louis.
